WHY TWO SHOPS?

For a lot of our design-led products we use a fulfilment company who print and send your purchases straight to you – this is because we want to be able to offer loads of lovely wonky things and they have the best equipment for the job.

There are many products that are sold through our Etsy shop and sent to you directly from us though. These products are ones that we don't need the fulfilment company for i.e. greetings cards, hand painted canvases and all our pre-loved and hand selected 'vintage' items.

Having two shops does however mean that any orders placed in one are treated separately to orders placed in the other.

ONE BASKET FOR BOTH SHOPS?

Unfortunately any orders placed in one shop are treated separately to orders placed in the other so we cannot create one basket for all items. This is due to some products being printed and sent by 'Spreadshirts' our fulfilment company and some coming directly from us here at the On The Wonk Head Office.

HOW CAN I PAY?

If you have ordered one of these products: greetings card, hand-painted canvas, a pre-loved, hand selected 'vintage' item  then it will have been through our Etsy shop.

This shop accepts payment via PayPal.

If you have ordered anything else then it will have come from Spreadshirts, our fulfilment company who handle your order from when you place it until delivery.

This shop accepts payment via PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro.

* Credit/debit card: Your credit or debit card will automatically be charged by the spreadshirts financial service provider. Your order will be processed once the required verification of your data has been completed.

* PayPal: Paying is quick and easy with PayPal, the free online payment service. At PayPal, you only need to enter your account details once during your initial registration, and thereon in it’s a matter of a few simple clicks. Your bank or credit card information is safe and will not even be passed on to us. If you pay using PayPal, we can immediately begin with the processing of your order. Further information regarding the PayPal service can be found at www.paypal.com

WHERE'S MY STUFF?

If you have ordered one of these products: greetings card, hand painted canvas*, a pre-loved, hand selected item from our 'vintage' page then it will have been through our Etsy shop. These items come directly from us here at On The Wonk Head Office and should be with you within 7 working days of your order being placed. However we all know how great our postal service can be, so it could take longer. We would urge you to wait for 10 days after ordering before contacting us but if you just can’t wait and need some reassurance that your order has actually been processed by a human being who cares, then click on the 'contact us' telephone icon on our homepage and send us a message. 

*hand painted canvases will take longer to deliver as they are painted to order. We will advise of individual delivery times when you order or initially enquire.

 

If you have ordered any of our other products then they will come from Spreadshirts, our fulfilment company who handle your order from when you place it until delivery.

Your items are printed by hand and dispatched no later than 2 days after your order (except if you opt to pay by bank transfer, then 2 days after receipt of payment.) Please note that we have no impact on the actual delivery time, and that calculation of delivery times are only estimates. 

Delivery usually takes between 3-7 days after dispatch. Occasionally things can take a little longer as they are shipped from Germany. If your order still hasn’t turned up after 10 days then give them a shout via here: spreadshirt contact quoting the order number from the original email they sent you.

CAN I RETURN STUFF?

If you have ordered one of these products: greetings card, hand painted canvas, a pre-loved, hand selected item from our 'vintage' page then it will have been through our Etsy shop.  

We only accept returns if an item is faulty so please be very sure you want an item before ordering it.  If you do receive a faulty item, firstly we are extremely sorry and secondly please contact us via the 'contact us' telephone icon on our home page and we will get straight back to you with the best course of action and refund/exchange info.

In most cases we will require you to either send us photographic evidence or send the item back to us (depending on circumstances)

Please deal with them directly with any issues.  If you experience any problems please contact us via the 'contact us' telephone icon on our home page and we will chase the issue for you.

CAN WE JUST CHAT?

If you have a specific query about a product or service please contact us via the 'contact us' telephone icon on our homepage and send us a message.  We will then respond via the email address you have filled in on there.  In some circumstances we may ask for your telephone number or give you ours in order for us to chat directly.  

This will usually be the case with regards to bespoke products and services as we will probably need to chat through requirements.  For larger onsite projects like wall murals we will probably need to actually meet in person beforehand.
